Salesforce — Accessing Other Admins' Bookings

Issue

You are logged into Salesforce and Sertifi but cannot see bookings or file rooms created by other admin users.

Why this happens

In Sertifi Classic, each Admin role can only view their own file rooms. To see file rooms created by all admins at a property, the user needs to be a Power Admin or higher in the Sertifi portal.

How to fix it

1. A Super Admin on the portal needs to update the affected user's role.
2. Log in to the Sertifi Classic portal.
3. Go to Administration > View Admins.
4. Click the user's email address.
5. Change the Role to Power Admin.
6. Click Update.

Once updated, the user will be able to see all file rooms across the portal, including those created by other admins.

Role reminder

• Admin — sees only their own file rooms
• Power Admin — sees all file rooms across the portal
• Super Admin — full access including user management
