Overview
Some Sertifi portals are contracted for eAuthorizations (eAuth) only. If you want to also send signature documents — contracts, agreements, rate letters — eSign must be enabled on your portal. This is a contract addition, not a setting you can turn on yourself.
How to get eSign added
Contact Sertifi Support and we will pass your request to your Account Manager or the Sales team. Please include:
- Your portal URL
- The property name and code
- A brief description of what you want to send (contracts, group agreements, etc.)
Once eSign is added to your contract and enabled, you will see a Send Agreement option on your dashboard.
