Common reasons for a blank report
- No data for the selected date range — if no transactions occurred on the date you selected, the report will be empty. This is correct behavior, not an error.
- Browser cache — a stale cache can prevent the report from loading correctly. Clear your browser cache and cookies for all time, then try again.
- Wrong portal — if you are looking for data from a specific property, confirm you are running the report on the correct portal.
- Permissions — you must be a Super Admin or Power Admin to access most reports. Regular Admins may not have report access.
How to verify there is no data
Go directly to the report and select a broader date range (e.g. the full previous month). If records appear for other dates but not your selected date, there was simply no activity on that day.
