Overview
Sertifi portals can be configured with different product combinations: eSignatures only, eAuthorizations (eAuth), ePayments (ePay), or all three. If your portal was set up with only one product and you need to add another, this is handled by your Sertifi Account Manager.
Signs you are missing a product
- The Send Authorization button or eAuth option does not appear on your dashboard
- The Create Payment option is missing
- Your View Folder dropdown only shows limited options
How to request an addition
Contact Sertifi Support and we will connect you with your Account Manager to discuss adding the feature to your contract. Please include your portal URL and which product you would like to add.
