What the real-time connection does
The real-time connection between Sertifi and Delphi (or Salesforce) automatically pushes signed documents and payment confirmations back into your booking records. When this connection is lost, documents and payments will not auto-post — they still exist in Sertifi, but need to be manually transferred.
Common reasons the connection drops
- Salesforce credentials changed or expired
- The connecting Admin's account was deactivated in Salesforce or Sertifi
- AppExchange package was updated and needs reconnection
- Browser or session token expired
How to reconnect
The reconnection must be done by someone who is both a Super Admin in Sertifi and an Admin in your Salesforce/Delphi org. Sertifi Support cannot make this connection on your behalf due to security requirements.
- Log in to your Sertifi portal.
- Go to Administration > Integrations (or the Sertifi integration page in your Salesforce/Delphi org).
- Follow the prompts to reconnect using your Salesforce credentials.
- Test by creating a record and verifying it pushes through.
If you cannot locate the reconnection settings, contact Sertifi Support and we will provide the direct URL for your portal.
