Overview
The payment processor used by your Sertifi portal is determined by the banking and merchant account information your organization provided when the portal was set up. Sertifi works with several processors including Stripe, FreedomPay, Shift4, Elavon, and others.
How to find your processor
Contact Sertifi Support with your portal URL and we can confirm which processor is connected to your account. We may ask for the specific folder or transaction in question if you need processor information for a particular payment.

- FreedomPay: techsupport@freedompay.com
- Stripe: Contact via your Stripe Dashboard or stripe.com/support
- Shift4: Contact via your Shift4 merchant portal
- Elavon: Contact via your Elavon merchant account
