What are embedded website forms?
Embedded website forms allow guests to submit a credit card authorization or payment directly through a form on your hotel website, without needing to receive an email invitation from Sertifi. The form is hosted by Sertifi but can be embedded into your website using a code snippet.
Who can set this up
Super Admins can manage the form settings. Embedding the form on your website requires assistance from your web team or IT department.
Step 1 — Enable embedded forms in your portal
- Log in to your Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings > Embedded Website Forms.
- Enable the feature and configure the form settings — which fields are required, accepted card types, and any IP restrictions.
- Click Save Changes.
Step 2 — Get the embed code
- In the Embedded Website Forms settings, locate the embed code or form URL.
- Copy the code snippet provided.
- Send it to your web team to add to your website page.
Step 3 — Test the form
Once embedded, submit a test entry using a test card number to confirm the form is working and submissions are appearing in your Sertifi portal under Home > View All Files.
Blocked domains
If your embedded form is not loading on certain domains, your portal may have domain restrictions enabled. Go to Administration > Account Settings > Embedded Website Forms and check the allowed domains list.
Still need help?
Contact Sertifi Support at SupportSertifi@flywire.com with your portal name and the URL where the form will be embedded.
