What are eConfirmations?
eConfirmations allow your Sertifi portal to receive virtual credit card authorizations from travel agencies and third-party booking platforms (such as Conferma, Onyx, or similar providers). When a travel company sends a booking authorization, it arrives directly in your Sertifi portal rather than by fax or email.
Who can set this up
Super Admins only.
How to enable eConfirmations
- Log in to your Sertifi Classic portal.
- Go to Administration > Account Settings > Integrations > eConfirmations.
- Add the email addresses of team members who should receive alerts when a new eConfirmation arrives.
- Enable the external providers you want to accept authorizations from.
- Click Save Changes.
How to view received eConfirmations
- From the Sertifi dashboard, go to Home > View All Files.
- Look for files flagged as eConfirmations — they will show the travel company as the sender.
- Click into the file to view the virtual card details.
Not receiving eConfirmations from a specific provider?
- Confirm the provider is enabled under Administration > Account Settings > Integrations > eConfirmations > Enable External Providers.
- Confirm your property is registered with that provider. Sertifi cannot add your property to a travel company's network — contact the provider directly.
- If a provider is sending to the wrong property or you are receiving authorizations not meant for you, contact Sertifi Support.
