Overview
If you see a GDS (Global Distribution System) permissions error when Sertifi tries to communicate with Opera, the cause is typically an incorrect chain code or domain value in your Opera local settings.
Error Message
"Opera GDS Error: User does not have permission for request resort"
What This Means
The chain code and/or domain configured in Sertifi's Opera settings do not match the values your Opera instance expects. This prevents the integration user from accessing your property's data.
What to Do
Contact Sertifi Support and let them know you are seeing this error. Our team will work with you to verify and correct the chain code and domain values in your Sertifi Opera settings. You may also want to confirm the correct values with your Oracle representative.
Need Help?
Contact Sertifi Support with your property name and the exact error message. Having your Oracle administrator available or knowing your chain code and domain values will help speed up the fix.
