Why this happens
If you transferred properties or previously worked at a different location, your email address may still be listed in the notification settings at your former property's Sertifi portal. This causes you to continue receiving emails (receipts, signed document notifications, etc.) for a property you no longer work at.
How to fix it
Contact Sertifi Support and we will remove your email from the notification settings at the old property. Please include:
- Your email address
- The property you should no longer receive notifications for (portal name or URL if known)
- The property you should receive notifications for (optional — we can confirm this)
