Overview
Setting up front desk or reservations staff to send CC Authorization forms through Sertifi requires two steps: creating their accounts and making sure they have the right role.
Step 1 — Create their accounts
A Super Admin needs to add each front desk team member as an Admin (or Power Admin) in your portal:
- Log in to your Sertifi portal.
- Go to Administration > Create Admin.
- Enter the team member's email address, assign the role Admin, and enter their EID if applicable.
- Click Create. They will receive an activation email.
Step 2 — Confirm the correct role
To send CC Authorization forms, users must be at the Admin role or higher. Users with the base User role can only sign or receive documents — they cannot send.
Step 3 — Optional: grant CC viewing access
If front desk staff also need to view full credit card numbers (not just send the forms), they must also be added to the Can View Unmasked CC Security Group by a Super Admin.
